Immediate Action Following Your Arrest is Required

As soon as you get notified of an appearance before a Magisterial District Judge is the time to act, not after speaking to the police or prosecutors. That will not help your case or prevent a harsh sentence from a judge or jury. You may see it as being cooperative, but you are essentially compromising your defense before it even starts. Let us speak for you and protect your rights, particularly the right to remain silent.

Accessibility and Convenience during a Difficult Time

We combine our aggressive approach, extensive experience and legal knowledge with accessibility and convenience. Recognizing that not all arrests occur during the business day, we make ourselves available 24/7 when you need us most. Add to that our convenient office locations throughout Chester County, Delaware County, Montgomery County, and Philadelphia. We make a significant decision, the decision to retain legal counsel who will be at your side, easy to make.
